Smart Garage Floors have been installing commercial and residential coating systems since 2001. Owner, Frank Collea grew up in Orange County and has resided in Yorba Linda/Placentia since 1972.
Frank started in the restaurant business and was very familiar with coating systems installed in his own establishments. Frank got his contractor’s license during those restaurant years and finally started applying coating systems full-time in 2001.
Smart Garage Floors has established relationships and done work for dozens of commercial contractors throughout Orange County since their time in the coating business with over 5,000 finished floors. Smart Garage Floors has also been the exclusive coating installer for the biggest garage cabinet/home entertainment company in Orange County, CABINETS PLUS located in Irvine, CA since 2007.
Knowledge and experience are what Smart Garage Floors offers to all the folks in Orange County and the surrounding counties of Riverside and San Bernadino. The knowledge of our industry and what our clientele demands and the experience to deliver it!
